Job Title: Production Team Leader

PrepWorld is recruiting for a Production Team Leader Day. This role will have daily responsibility for the first‑line management of a section of our Production Team within our busy Fresh Cut Fruit factory.

Main Duties:

Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
Management of labour costs for your team
Management of waste levels for your team
Ensure products meet customer specifications

Who we are looking for:

Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
Reliable and flexible, with a pro-active approach to problem solving
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic English & numeracy skills
