Production Team Leader

PrepWorld is seeking a Production Team Leader days. In this role, you will take daily responsibility for the first‑line management of a section of our Production Team, ensuring smooth, efficient operations within our busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory. You will lead by example, support colleagues on the shop floor, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and help drive continuous improvement across your area.

Main Duties:

• Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
• Management of labour costs for your team
• Management of waste levels for your team
• Ensure products meet customer specifications

Who we are looking for:

• Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
• Reliable and flexible, with a pro-active approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic English & numeracy skills

Days and Hours of Work
Wednesday – Saturday
05:30am – 17:30pm

Pay: Starting at £13.34 per hour (level 1), climbing through to £13.66 (level 2), and then £16.16 (level 3) after full training and development
